We can custom-make these covers to fit your hot tub, just supply us with the width, length, and corner circumference in the 'Leave us a note' section when you check out.
We make these with a high grade polystyrene insert which we plastic wrap to stop moisture from getting in.
We reinforce it all with a 3mm alloy channel through the centre. We use a good quality vinyl for the top and skirts and PE ultra for the bottom, a material made not to erode from the chemicals commonly used in hot tubs.
